I have tested yohimbe and yohimbine almost 20 years ago, and then wrote several articles on it. I retested it again more recently, and the verdict is still the same. I am against the use of yohimbe and yohimbine in sexual health. In most people, it simply has an agitating effect. Even with small dosages, most people feel as if they had way too much coffee. Yes, yohimbe and yohimbine make erections, or make them harder. But for what? To impress a sexual partner? For the person using yohimbe or yohimbine, sex overall does not become better, and the toll on a user's overall health is substantial. My advice: don't buy, don't use. Nevertheless, below links to some articles I wrote when evaluating yohimbe and yohimbine in the 90's of the last century.
